Temporary changes to letterbox contact
We know that this is a difficult time for all families and, especially for birth families. We appreciate that birth families are waiting for news about their child. If your letterbox exchange is usually done via email, we are working hard to ensure that the information gets to you with as little delay as possible.
Letterbox contact by post
Unfortunately, we have had to close our offices and we are not able to access our incoming post. If you receive a postal letterbox exchange we are currently unable to access this or send this out to you. It is important for you to know that we are working hard trying to develop a system so that we can gain access to this post, but this may take us a couple of weeks.
If your letterbox arrangement was due in February or March it may be that we will have this on our system already and will aim to get this to you as soon as possible.
