Welcome to National Adoption Week 2018
Here at Birmingham Children’s Trust we are celebrating National Adoption Week 2018 (15-21 October) by sharing some stories of children awaiting adoption.
We are also sharing some stories of our incredible adopters.
You can find all of this information on our dedicated National Adoption Week page.
You can read about our incredible adopters, including Becky, who said:
“You can make a world of difference in a child’s life, but you need to put yourself into that child’s shoes, and understand where they have come from. If you have love, patience and empathy you can make it work and become an adopter.”
We are also taking this opportunity to thank all of our adopters for their commitment and dedication to changing the lives of children and young people each and every day.
You can follow our National Adoption Week news on social media throughout October by visiting our Twitter page or our Facebook page. Don’t forget to use the National Adoption Week 2018 hashtag #SupportingAdoption if you are posting or sharing posts on social media.
We have made it as easy as possible for you to register your interest in becoming an adopter. We now have a quick and easy online form on our website. There is no need to have an account to complete and send the form.
Information on adopting with us can be found here, and if you have any questions you can talk to our adoption recruitment on 0121 303 7575.
