Trust launches new recruitment campaign to find staff of the future
Birmingham Children’s Trust has revealed its first recruitment campaign, aiming to attract and recruit outstanding social workers and social work managers to drive its continued improvement.
The campaign highlights the sort of amazing young people social workers get to work with in Birmingham, and the life changing impact of having a good social worker.
Launched at the region’s largest jobs fair last month, the campaign is part of the Trust’s drive to attract and develop high quality social work staff who will benefit from working for the UK’s largest Trust. With over 145 social workers visiting the stand on the day to express an interest in opportunities within the new Trust the campaign is certainly working!
Karen Sanders, the new Head of Human Resources for the Trust said, “the campaign, like the Trust, puts young people front and centre, with their ambitions, achievements and diversity. This reflects our single focus on children and young people, and the calibre of people we want to attract to work with us here”.
