- About the Service
- The 18+ Care Leavers Service (CLS) assists and supports each young person (aged 18+ who has left care and now ‘former relevant’) with their transition from care to independence. CLS provide services to each care leaver who has qualified for a ‘leaving care service’ under the Leaving Care Act (2000).
