Who are we, and what do we do?

Turnaround

Turnaround masthead

Turnaround is a national project from the government. It’s an early intervention programme for children and young people.

The Turnaround team offer children and their families early help assessment to address needs to build on individual strengths. The aim is to prevent children and young people going on to offend or reoffend.

Children and families are involved in all decisions about the support and interventions they receive. Involvement is only offered to children and families who consent to the offer of support from the Turnaround team. Children do not have to admit guilt to receive support.

Who we are?

The Turnaround Team is made up of three Turnaround officers and a manager.
