Assessments

• All children who agree to voluntary support from ou Prevention team have an assessment. This will help us understand their needs and make sure we can offer the best support we can.
• The assessment will be completed by listening to the child, their parent/carer and any other people that might be working with them.
• The support offered will be tailored to the child’s needs following that assessment. It will be co-created with the child and parent/carer. It will be for an period of 3 months, but could be longer.
