'Your Views' - Children in Care Review Consultations

When you have completed one of the 'Your Views' forms please give this to your, or your child’s, social worker or Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO) for the upcoming review.

Your IRO will use this 'Your Views' form to ensure that the topics or information that you want to be discussed at the review are discussed, and the IRO will usually base the meeting discussion around your views.

Remember your views about your, or your child’s care plan, are extremely important to plans that are made.
