What is the benefit to the IFA / provider of being involved in this project?
- The Trust is seeking to find permanent long term foster care homes for all children supported by this project. Therefore it is assumed that with the right planning and support, this placement will last until at least the child’s 18th birthday.
- There is a clear opportunity for reciprocal learning and partnership working between the Trust and partners.
- The resources and motivation of the Trust to commit to finding and supporting children to live in families where viable means that smaller agencies may benefit from training and support for their carers where the placement may not have previously been considered.
