Provider registration

This flow summarises the steps to request login details, create an account, submit your registration spreadsheet, and request new accounts or role changes.

  1. Check if you are eligible to register on the portal
  2. Complete the form to request an account
  3. Download the registration spreadsheet from the portal
  4. Complete the registration spreadsheet and upload it back into the portal
  5. Make any requested amendments to your registration
  6. You will receive an approval acknowledgment email when your registration has been approved.
  7. Complete the link in the email to request additional access / new user accounts
