Framework or Spot Provider?

  • For the question “Are you a Framework or Spot Provider?” it is important that you select the correct option.

  • You are classed as a Framework provider if you have successfully applied to the West Midlands Commissioning Hub (WMCH) Residential Framework.

  • If you have not successfully applied to the Framework, you are classed as a Spot provider.

The options in the Category of Care dropdown vary depending on whether you are registered as a Framework or Spot provider. Please ensure you select the correct category for your provider type (see below tables).

  • If you have a mixture of both framework and spot homes, please select Framework and complete the rest of the spreadsheet accordingly. You should explain the position to the relevant Local Authority when responding to referrals.
