The new portal is scheduled to go live at the beginning of June, with a provisional target date of Tuesday 3rd June. However, if a delay is required to ensure the best possible experience for providers, we will confirm this and keep you informed of any changes to the go-live date. 

Once the new portal goes live, no new referrals will be uploaded to the old portal. The old portal will remain available only for access to existing referrals. 

Please ensure you extract any data you need from the old portal before it is decommissioned at the end of June. Once the old portal has been decommissioned, it will no longer be accessible. Please note that no data will be transferred automatically from the old portal to the new portal. 

Please note that registration on the old portal will not automatically carry over to the new portal. If you are currently registered on the old portal, you will still need to complete registration for the new portal. Please refer to the Provider Registration page for further guidance.
